At EmDP Home Essentials, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping both locally within the Philippines and to select international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local (Philippines): Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.
International: Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

EmDP Home Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
